VIHIGA CDF GHOST WORKER CONFESSES CDF OFFICE LOOTING AND STEALING PUBLIC RESOURCES.

CDF ghost worker has confessed that the Vihiga Constituency CDF office has been on a spree of looting public resources and CDF Kit.

In a leaked call recording, Wycliffe Amudavi who is an untrained teacher teaching at Sabatia constituency, the guy has accepted that he has been getting paid CDF cheques and he is ready to face the court of law to defend his allegations. 

Amudavi also accepted that his NHIF is being paid twice, one from the CDF office and another one from the school he teaches.
