VIHIGA CONSTITUENCY CORRUPT CDF CARTELS

 Vihiga Constituency is one of the leading offices in Corruption, the office which is led by HON Ernest Kagesi and was elected in 2017 after defeating the former Women Rep Dorcas Kedogo with just some handful of votes has biggest cartels in the country. 

1. HON Ernest Kagesi: Being the patron, he is the biggest Elchapo in the CDF office, the MP receives kickbacks from any renovations worth Millions being made. 

2. Wandala Abubakar: Ever heard of the son to the MP? Yes Meet Mr Wandala a former ward administrator who was chased out of office because of corruption deals in South Maragoli Ward. Wandala who was suspended by the county government for selling cheques acts as the Deputy Chief of Corruption and direct link to the MP. 

3. Tom Kisia: Driven by desperacy and his failure to clinch the MP seat in 2017, Mr Tom Kisia is another high priest of corruption. He may not be at the ranks of Wandala but he is close to the radar. Probably his failure to clinch the seat in 2017 drives him to beg too much. 

4. Mundia: Meet Mr Mundia, An old man who does things using his truck and misquotes a class renovation BQ to look like a three storey building. Thanks to the CDF money. 

5. Kegode: No need to say he takes the leftovers and walks to Matangas like a king.
