REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD VISIT MUNGOMA WARD, VIHIGA COUNTY. AN OPEN CRIME SCENE.

In Kenya the GEN Zs and Millenial generation have taken into their hands responsibilities to condemn corruption, impunity and high taxation by the Government. Mungoma ward in Vihiga county should also be considered as a crime scene to condemn such impunities. 

This is a ward run by cartels and always has ongoing issues, with a budget allocation of KSHs 20M per year from the county government the ward has problems in every sector starting from health, education, agriculture and even the religious sector which has corrupted the minds of the common people. 

With a subcounty hospital which lacks medicine and poor infrastructure the ward suffers from people who derail it back and claim to control respect from the people, It should be noted that residents were even promised an ambulance by May 2024 by one of the cartels but sadly the individual has been silent ever since after squandering the ward and getting it to its feet. 

Information reaching Vihiga News is that bursary forms in the ward are being sold for KSH 2,000 by individuals to poor people.
